Board of Supervisors Special Meeting

TELECONFERENCE INFORMATION:

As authorized by Governor Newsom’s Executive Order, N-29-20, dated March 17, 2020, the meeting will be held via teleconferencing with members of the Board attending from separate remote locations. This altered format is in observance of recent recommendations by local officials that precautions be taken, including social distancing, to address the threat of COVID-19.

Important Notice to the Public Regarding COVID-19  

Based on guidance from the California Department of Public Health and the California Governor’s Officer, in order to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, please note the following:  

1. There is no physical location of the meeting open to the public. You may participate in the Zoom Webinar, including listening to the meeting and providing public comment, by following the instructions below.

3. If you wish to make either a general public comment or a comment on a specific agenda item prior to the meeting or as the item is being heard, please submit your comment, limited to 250 words or less, to the Deputy Clerk of the Board Scheereen Dedman at sdedman@mono.ca.gov. Every effort will be made to read your comment, but comments longer than 250 words may not be read, or may be summarized by the Clerk, due to time limitations. All comments will be made a part of the record. Please make sure to submit a separate email for each item that you wish to comment upon.
